Scituate New Construction
3,000 sf house consisting of, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, familyroom, kitchen, livingroom, dinningroom, sunroom, 3rd floor office suite and 5 exterior decks. This house is unique in the aspects of design and building. The house has odd shapes and jogs due to the fact it sits on a barrier beach peninsula. The foundation consist of concrete piers 18' below grade, which had to be installed on an existing grade elevation of 10' above sea level. Once we had confirmation for pier placement, we were able to design the structure.
